Acceptance

By creating an account and using !BBMSG, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a business owner (or aspiring business owner) to register. The community is positioned for male business owners; we reserve the right to verify membership eligibility.

Account responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about yourself.
  • Keep your password secure; do not share your account.
  • One account per person.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
  • Post illegal, fraudulent, or grossly inappropriate content.
  • Spam, scrape, or use automated tools against the platform.
  • Impersonate anyone.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property.
  • Solicit aggressively or distribute unwanted sales pitches.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you post (profile info, posts, comments, courses, messages). By posting, you grant !BBMSG a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute your content within the platform for as long as your account exists.

Course content rules

  • You must own the rights to the content you teach.
  • Teach accurate, lawful, and non-misleading material.
  • No adult content or material inappropriate for a business community.

Moderation

Admins may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access at their discretion to protect the community.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of member-created content, or specific business outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, !BBMSG / SOS Creativity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
